I'm a marketing and communications leader with 14+ years of international experience turning marketing into measurable business growth. I build brands that people know and want — then I build the engine that converts that demand into revenue.
Across automotive, premium, and high-growth categories, I've led teams, owned multi-million budgets, launched products in new markets, and run the full stack from brand strategy and PR to CRM, performance, and analytics. I work as comfortably on a positioning deck as on a pipeline dashboard — strategic in the room, hands-on in execution.
I operate natively across Europe and speak four languages — Italian, German, English, and French — which means I can build and run brands that actually resonate in each market, not just translate into them.

Launching Cadillac EVs in Europe
Introduce Cadillac's electric vehicles into European markets where the brand had minimal awareness and no EV presence — building demand from a near-standing start.
Built the European brand positioning and ran an integrated brand-and-performance campaign: brand storytelling to create demand, paired with CRM, lead generation and dealer activation to capture it. Led a team of three plus agencies on a ~CHF 6M budget.
Growing Ducati in Switzerland
Grow a premium motorcycle brand in a competitive Swiss market on a lean ~CHF 1.5M budget — without trading long-term brand equity for short-term sales.
Owned the brand end-to-end: repositioning, content, PR, test-ride events and the full digital/CRM stack — keeping brand-building and activation working as one engine, supported by a Salesforce CRM rollout across the dealer network.

The same drive I bring to building brands shows up outside the office. Endurance sport keeps me disciplined and focused, the mountains and the sea keep me curious, and good food keeps me grounded. I believe the energy you build in your own time is exactly what you bring to a team.
